Site Manager – Immediate Start
Location: Woodford Green, Essex

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a steel frame building project in Woodford Green, Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of site operations, including steel frame erection, cladding, groundworks, and drainage.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures.

*

Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively to meet project timelines.

*

Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing steel frame building projects.

*

Strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, and cladding processes.

*

Full set of relevant tickets/certifications (CSCS, SMSTS, or equivalent).

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

This is a hands-on role requiring immediate availability
