Site Manager(Healthcare)

Fast growing, award winning company who work across many sectors. They currently have a vacancy for a site Manager to join our team to oversee construction projects valuing from £100k to £3m. The successful candidate may run multiple small projects or one larger project.

Projects include:

Refurbishment
Fit-Out
New Build
Education – Universities and schools
Health – Private and NHS
Commercial

Responsibilities:

Manage works between approximately £100k to £5m
Attend client and contractor meetings.
Produce and monitor tracking tools to deliver the change control services
Work closely with commercial team
Provide support different members of the construction team
Ensure all site adhere to the highest H&S standards
Quality Control
Monitor Programmes
Progress reporting to directorsAbout you:

Extensive Site Management experience of delivering projects ranging from £100k – c. £6m
NVQ/HNC/BSc (Hons) Degree or at least 5 years Construction Management Experience.
Ability to interact at a senior management team level through presentations, one to one meetings and by written reports.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal and team working skills
Ability to work to a consistent high standard with minimal supervision
Desire to learn and develop
Team Player
Full, preferably clean, UK driving licence
Early start date
Subject to an DBS check.The successful candidate will be proactive, experienced in all aspects of site management and will be responsible for Health and Safety Management, record keeping, quality control, coordination of Sub-contractors, ordering materials and monitoring progress to ensure key dates and milestones are met.

The candidate will have experience of managing this type of project and have a proven track record demonstrating the ability to deliver projects successfully. The candidate should be able to demonstrate good people management skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
