A Chartered Building Surveyor is required for a London-based multidisciplinary consultancy. This role offers £55,000–£65,000 plus bonus, on a permanent full-time basis with hybrid working. The position provides exposure to both project and professional instructions across multiple sectors.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver project and professional Building Surveying services

* Lead defect diagnosis and building pathology investigations

* Prepare technical reports and recommendations

* Support delivery across commercial and public sector projects

* Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams

✅ Requirements

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

* Degree in Building Surveying or related field

* Experience across project and professional instructions

* Strong technical reporting and defect analysis capability

* Sector exposure across commercial or public sector assets
