Project Manager – Major Construction Projects (Yorkshire)

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver large-scale construction projects across education and leisure.
This is a key role within a well-established delivery team, managing complex schemes typically valued £40m+, from pre-construction through to handover.

The Role:

* Full project lifecycle delivery on major construction schemes
* Managing programme, cost, quality, and risk
* Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
* Client-facing role, representing the business at senior level
* Driving health & safety, sustainability, and quality standards

The Ideal Candidate:

* Proven Tier 1 main contractor experience
* Strong background delivering projects £40m +
* Experience within education and/or leisure builds
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially aware with strong programme control
* Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred
