Production Planner
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Planner with experience in the windows and doors industry, ideally with Logikal experience. The successful candidate will coordinate production schedules, manage workflow, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of bespoke windows and doors.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule production for steel, aluminium, or uPVC windows and doors in line with customer orders.
* Use Logikal software to input, monitor, and manage order specifications, materials, and production timelines.
* Liaise with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure accurate order requirements and efficient workflow.
* Monitor stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, coordinate replenishment where necessary.
* Identify potential production bottlenecks and implement solutions to avoid delays.
* Ensure production plans meet deadlines, quality standards, and customer requirements.
* Provide regular updates to management on production status, capacity, and resource planning.
* Maintain accurate production records and reporting for management review.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in production planning within the windows and doors industry.
* Hands-on experience with Logikal software is essential.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple departments.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
* Ability to analyse production data and implement improvements.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes for steel, aluminium, or uPVC windows and doors.
