Construction Project Manager

Salary: Up to £55,000PA

40 Hour week / Overtime / 22 + 8 Days / Enhanced pension / Private health insurance

Accept Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be supporting one of our leading construction clients who are currently looking to expand their team, established back in the early 90's they are now looking for a driven Project Manager.

Your key responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and work programmes

* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors and suppliers to ensure clear communication and project alignment,

* Take an active role in the procurement of materials, equipment and labour, optimising resources for maximum efficiency

* Ensure all work complies with building regulations, health and safety standards and contractual requirements

* Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues and implement solutions to overcome challenges

* Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients

* Work closely with the commercial team, ensuring costs are managed effectively and within contractual terms

* Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with design specifications

* Staff management (where appropriate), input into resource planning, setting and reviewing objectives

* Knowledge management – Ensure key information and learning is captured

* Process improvement – Identifying and acting upon ways to improve internal systems and processes

* Good financial management

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry

* Degree or HNC in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

* SMSTS and First Aid

* Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction contracts and industry standards

* Full UK Driving Licence
