Roofing Estimator

We are recruiting an Estimator for one of our clientgs; a well-established and growing commercial roofing contractor, specialising in refurbishment projects across London and the South East.

This is a great opportunity for someone with roofing estimating experience who wants to be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment, working on a steady pipeline of projects while continuing to develop their skills.

The Role:

Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for roofing refurbishment projects

*

Assist with the full tendering process, from initial enquiry through to submission

*

Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assess project requirements

*

Price tenders, variations, and additional works with a focus on cost control and profitability

*

Work closely with internal teams to support smooth project handovers

*

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

*

Ensure all proposals comply with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

*

Experience working as an Estimator within roofing or a related construction discipline

*

Good technical understanding of roofing systems (refurbishment experience preferred)

*

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

*

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

*

Well organised and able to manage multiple deadlines

*

Proficient in IT systems

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Based within a reasonable commuting distance of South London
