Freelance Site Manager – Healthcare Refurbishment (Warrington)

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a healthcare refurbishment project based in Warrington. This is a contract role running until June, with an immediate start available.

Role Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management of a live healthcare refurbishment project

*

Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered to programme

*

Maintaining strict health & safety standards in a live environment

*

Liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

*

Ensuring quality control and compliance with project specifications

Requirements:

*

Valid CSCS Black Card

*

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

*

First Aid at Work certification

*

Enhanced DBS (essential due to healthcare setting)

*

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within healthcare environments

Rate: Competitive (dependent on experience)
