We are currently working with a well-established Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Contract Support to join their team in Glasgow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive environment, providing key administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of FM contracts.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Contract Manager and engineering team with day-to-day operations
*
Raising and managing jobs via CAFM systems
*
Scheduling planned and reactive maintenance works
*
Handling client queries and providing updates
*
Managing documentation, reports, and compliance records
*
Processing purchase orders, invoices, and general financial administration
*
Ensuring service delivery is in line with SLAs and KPIs
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a Contract Support / Helpdesk / FM Administrator role
*
Experience using CAFM systems (e.g. Concept, CAFM Explorer, Maximo, etc.)
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
