Concrete Supervisor – Scotland

Permanent | Full-Time | Travel Across Scotland & UK

An established multi-disciplinary construction contractor is looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee large-scale concrete pours across Scotland. This is a hands-on role, managing teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of skilled labourers and subcontractors

Supervise all aspects of concrete works in accordance with drawings and specifications

Organise plant, equipment, and resources efficiently

Monitor progress against programmes and deadlines

Ensure health & safety requirements are met and adhered to

Carry out quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship

Requirements

Extensive experience in concrete works

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings

SSSTS/SMSTS required

CSCS card required

First Aid at Work is advantageous

Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and a commitment to safety
