Site Manager (Staying away required)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established main contractor for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team, delivering new build supermarket projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working away from home during the week.

The Role

Overseeing day-to-day site operations on new build supermarket projects

*

Managing subcontractors and site teams to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

*

Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations

*

Coordinating with project managers, clients, and stakeholders

*

Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build commercial or retail projects

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)

*

Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines

*

Willingness and commitment to work away from home 5 days per week (this is essential)
