M/E Project Manager

My Client is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to support the delivery of £30million Manufacturing project.

The successful candidate will oversee mechanical and electrical building services delivery within a large manufacturing scheme, coordinating installation works while ensuring compliance.

This role requires someone with construction and fit-out experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&E installation works across the project

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors

• Ensure installations comply with safety and quality standards

• Work closely with project management and site teams

• Manage RFIs, technical queries, and programme coordination

• Support commissioning and handover of building services systems

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as M&E Manager or Building Services Manager

• Experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects

• Knowledge of heritage, conservation, or listed building works preferred

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services

• Ability to manage subcontractors and project coordination

There is the possibility of a permeant position at the end of the contract
