Design Manager (Construction/Modular)
Job Title: Design Manager – Construction/Architectural/Modular
Location: East Yorkshire
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 + WFH + Bonus + Private Healthcare

The Role:
* Manage the design process from inception to completion, including producing design proposals, managing the tender process, and overseeing the construction phase
* Liaise with other teams within the company to ensure the design process is integrated with other aspects of the project
* Provide technical advice and guidance to the design team
* Develop and maintain effective project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and design briefs
* Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
* Ensure all design work is completed to a high standard, within agreed timescales and budgets
* Develop and implement design policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of the design function
The Person:
* Min HNC in Construction or Architectural or similar
* Ideally you will have experience working as a Design Manager/Design Coordinator/Architect in an Architectural Practice or Modular Building business
* Must have prior experience in hands on design of Modular Buildings or similar using AutoCAD or Revit
* Good understanding of Building Regulations is a MUST
* Strong Project Management skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skill
* Proven ability to review and improve processes and procedures, looking for innovative and creative solutions
Salary & Benefits:
* £50,000 – £70,000 (Dependent On Experience)
* 37.5 working week:
* Monday – Thursday – 8 am – 5pm
* Friday – 8 am – 2pm
* 1 Day WFH per week/4 days WFH per month
* Bonus (Up-to 30%)
