Senior QS – Freelance

I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor in the South West.

There is an urgent requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support delivery of a highways scheme in Bristol. Due to programme demands, both freelance and permanent options are being considered.

Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bristol
Project Scope: Junction reconfiguration and resurfacing works (£13-£15m)
Contract Form: NEC Option B
Reporting Line: Into a Managing Quantity Surveyor
Team Structure: Responsibility for mentoring junior commercial staff
