The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion across both residential and commercial sectors. As a Project Manager, you will oversee programme delivery, cost control, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. The Project Manager will act as the key client interface, providing strategic advice and ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Day-to-day duties for the Project Manager include preparing project programmes, managing risk, chairing meetings, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. This Project Manager role will suit someone confident in delivering schemes in a consultancy environment.
The Project Manager
The successful Project Manager will have experience delivering both residential and commercial projects within a consultancy or client-side setting. The Project Manager should be professionally qualified (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or actively working towards chartership.

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the built environment
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial project delivery
MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or working towards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
