The Role

As a Project Architect, you will take a hands-on role in the delivery of projects, leading schemes through all RIBA stages with a particular focus on job running and site delivery. You will be responsible for managing projects day-to-day, coordinating design teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard.

Working closely with senior team members, you will play a key role in client liaison, consultant coordination, and contractor engagement, particularly during the construction phases. The majority of upcoming projects are within the Education and Healthcare sectors.

This role would suit an Architect who is confident taking ownership of projects and enjoys the technical and delivery aspects of architecture.

Key Requirements

Qualified Architect with ARB / RIBA accreditation

Typically 3–7 years’ post-Part 3 experience

Demonstrable experience in job running and delivering projects on site

Strong technical knowledge and experience across later RIBA stages

Proficient in Revit and confident working in a BIM-enabled environment

Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and project teams

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage workloads and deadlines effectively
