RG setsquare is actively hiring for Heath & Safety manager.

Location: Bristol

Duration: Upto June

Tickets: Confined space

It will be to oversee work being carried out at Continental Bitumen processing plant.

Health & Safety Management:
Lead and manage all health and safety activities for Tank 2 repair works.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS):
Prepare, review, and approve RAMS for all tasks associated with the project.
Ensure RAMS are communicated effectively to all personnel.
Confined Space & Working at Height:
Oversee and enforce safe systems of work for confined space entry and working at height.
Verify permits and ensure proper rescue plans are in place.
Site Inspections & Audits:
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and incidents.
Training & Toolbox Talks:
Deliver safety briefings and toolbox talks to site teams.
Ensure all personnel are competent and trained for their tasks.
Incident Management:
Investigate and report any incidents or near misses promptly.
Implement lessons learned and preventive measures.
