Fire Stopping Crew (Multi Trades People)

Multi-Trades Required – Fire Stopping Works – Doughty’s Mill, Lincoln

We are currently looking for experienced multi-trades to work on a fire stopping project at Doughty’s Mill (LN1).

Duration
13 weeks

Start Dates
Immediate and ongoing starts available (staggered depending on trade)

Rates
£150 – £230 per day (depending on experience and trade)

Trades Required
Fire Stoppers
Carpenters
Dryliners / Taper Jointers
General Builders
Skilled Labourers
Operatives with fire stopping experience

Requirements
Valid CSCS card
Proven experience in fire stopping and/or refurbishment works
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of site safety and fire compliance

Duties May Include
Installation of passive fire protection systems
Batt and mastic work
Sealing service penetrations
Boarding and making good
General support across fire stopping works
Assisting specialist trades on site
