We're working with a well-established, family-owned groundworks and civil engineering contractor known for delivering high-quality industrial, retail, and infrastructure projects for leading Tier 1 contractors.

Due to the nature of the work there is extensive travel.

With a strong reputation built on quality, integrity, and innovation, they're now looking to bring in a Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer to support their growing pipeline of work.

The Role

You'll play a key role on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to spec.

What you'll be doing:

Leading setting out and dimensional control across projects
Use of EDM and surveying equipment
Managing QA processes, including ITPs, audits, and reporting
Overseeing material and product testing
Supporting (and deputising for) the Site Manager
Supervising and mentoring junior engineers
Coordinating with subcontractors, designers, and suppliers
Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
Keeping accurate as-built records and survey dataWhat We're Looking For

Experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer
Strong understanding of construction methods and regulations
Skilled in setting out, surveying, and QA processes
Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
A proactive mindset with strong communication and organisation skills

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction (or equivalent experience)
CSCS Card
