Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with Demolition experience for our client who are a demolition company based near Oxford.

Role Summary

Responsible for estimating demolition and removal projects, preparing tenders, and supporting project delivery from enquiry through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare estimates, tenders, and quotations

* Review drawings, specifications, and site requirements

* Carry out site visits at tender stage

* Assess labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor costs

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

* Support contract handover and project delivery

* Assist with PQQs and pre-contract processes

Requirements

* Experience in estimating within demolition or similar sector

* Good knowledge of construction methods and demolition practices

* Understanding of health & safety and relevant regulations

* Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Proficient in MS Office

* Full UK driving licence
