The Role
As Head of MEP Design, you will take full ownership of the design function, working closely with senior leadership and project teams across a portfolio of large-scale developments across London.
You will:
Lead and manage the MEP design function across multiple projects
Build, mentor and develop your own in-house design team
Play a key role in recruitment and team growth strategy
Oversee design delivery from concept through to construction
Collaborate with clients, consultants and delivery teams
Ensure technical excellence, innovation and efficiency across all designs The Opportunity

Proven experience in a senior MEP Design leadership role
Background working for a contractor or specialist subcontractor
Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical design
Experience delivering large-scale projects in London
A natural leader with the ability to build and mentor teams
