Electrical Project Manager

A leading, large-scale electrical contractor is looking to appoint a Electrical Project Manager to deliver a £5M commercial project in Central London. This is a high-profile scheme involving both low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) installations.

You will take ownership of the full electrical package, managing the project from early stages through to commissioning and handover. This role requires strong technical knowledge across LV and HV systems, as well as the ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple sub contractors.

* Manage all electrical aspects of a £5M commercial project

* Oversee LV and HV installations, including infrastructure, distribution, and final connections

* Lead project planning, procurement, and delivery strategy

* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and industry regulations

* Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes

* Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and specialist engineers

* Drive programme performance and ensure timely project delivery

* Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover

Electrical Project Manager Requirements

* Proven experience managing high-value electrical projects (£3M+)

* Strong background in both LV and HV systems (essential)

* Experience working on commercial developments in Central London

* Excellent commercial awareness and contract management skills

* Strong leadership and communication abilities
