About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support our projects, primarily within the social housing sector. The role is office-based in Rochester with regular travel to sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost planning, procurement, and contract administration

Managing budgets and forecasting costs

Valuations, variations, and final accounts

Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

Experience in social housing projects

*

Strong commercial awareness

*

Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Knowledge of JCT contracts
