Senior Quantity Surveyor

Fisher Civils Limited are currently supporting a contractor on a key hire for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their infrastructure team working across local authority projects in the region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident running the commercial side of infrastructure schemes and is comfortable working as part of an established team.

The role:
Managing the commercial performance of infrastructure projects
Overseeing subcontractor packages, including valuations and variations
Handling compensation events and contract changes under NEC
Producing cost reports and keeping projects financially on track
Working closely with site and engineering teams

What they’re looking for:
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
Solid understanding of NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4)
Experience managing subcontractors and commercial processes
Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage workload effectively
