Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: £15-£16 Per Hour
Job Type: Full-time | Temp To Perm | Onsite
Start Date: Approximately 3 weeks

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a newly established start-up civil engineering manufacturing company based in Rotherham, specialising in the production of steel reinforcement components used within concrete and infrastructure projects.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business at an early stage, supporting production as a Production Operative within a busy and hands-on environment.

You will be involved in the manufacturing and handling of steel reinforcement products, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of the site.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the production of steel reinforcement (rebar) products
Handle and move materials safely within the production area
Support machine operators and production processes
Carry out repetitive tasks to meet production targets
Perform heavy lifting as part of daily duties
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow all health and safety procedures

Candidate Profile

Previous experience within a similar environment (rebar, steel, construction, or manufacturing) preferred
Some knowledge of reinforcement/rebar is advantageous
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
Able to carry out repetitive work efficiently
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a start-up or fast-paced environmentWhat's on Offer
