Project Manager

GVR Solutions are working with a well-established specialist facades contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a major cladding and remediation scheme in the heart of Manchester.

This is a key role on a high-profile project, with approximately six months remaining with ongoing work after. You will be working closely with the Contracts Manager and Site Manager to ensure the successful delivery of works.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Oversee day-to-day project delivery on site

*

Manage programme, budgets, and subcontractors

*

Ensure health & safety compliance at all times

*

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

*

Drive progress and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements of the Project Manager:

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager within facades, cladding, or remediation works

*

Strong knowledge of external envelope systems

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Proactive, hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude

*

Ability to manage and overcome on-site challenges
