About the Role
An established and growing design & build contractor is looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Coordinator to support the successful planning and mobilisation of projects. Reporting into the Head of Pre-Construction, this role is key to ensuring projects are set up efficiently and effectively from the outset.

The business delivers high-quality commercial fit-out and workplace projects across the UK, with a strong reputation for collaboration, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support the pre-construction team in coordinating multiple projects from initial enquiry through to site start

*

Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, proposals, and cost plans

*

Coordinate project information, documentation, and design inputs across internal teams

*

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers during pre-construction phases

*

Help manage project programmes, timelines, and key deliverables

*

Identify risks and support value engineering opportunities

*

Ensure a smooth handover from pre-construction to delivery teams

Requirements

*

Experience in a pre-construction, commercial, or coordination role within construction or fit-out

*

Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general project systems

*

A proactive and team-focused approach
