MEP QS – Cost Consultancy

I`m working with a well-regarded construction consultancy seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor within their Birmingham office.

This is a client-side role, working across a range of projects with a focus on mechanical, electrical and public health packages.

The role will involve:
• Managing MEP cost planning and commercial reporting
• Working closely with clients and project teams
• Supporting delivery across multiple projects

This would suit someone who:
• Has a background in MEP / building services
• Has PQS / consultancy experience (or looking to move client-side)
• Is ideally chartered or working towards chartership
