Site Manager – Weekend Cover (Commercial Project)
Location: East Kilbride
Weekend Work (Saturday & Sunday)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide weekend cover on a busy commercial project.

This role is ideal for a reliable and proactive individual who can take full responsibility for site operations over the weekend, ensuring works continue safely and in line with programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site activities during weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Manage subcontractors and ensure work is carried out to programme
Maintain high health & safety standards at all times
Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks where required
Ensure quality control and compliance with site procedures
Report progress and any issues to the Project Manager

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage site operations
