Conrad Consulting is delighted to be supporting a highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy as they look to welcome an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) into their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute surveyor who thrives on variety, responsibility, and the chance to shape the next generation of talent.

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a dynamic cost consultancy team delivering projects across a broad range of sectors. While current workloads span all core areas, there is particular momentum within:

NHS and healthcare

Residential, including student accommodation

Commercial developments

Civil & infrastructure schemes

Project values typically range from £250k to £10m, offering a healthy mix of complexity, scale, and technical challenge.

Your Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of pre‑ and post‑contract duties, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful commercial delivery of multiple schemes. A key part of this role is your contribution to the development of junior staff—providing mentoring, guidance, and APC support to help shape a confident, capable future team.

What We’re Looking For

MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor

Strong consultancy background with experience across multiple sectors

Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills

Ability to lead projects independently while supporting team development

Passion for mentoring and training APC candidates
