The Role

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality professional and project‑based surveying services across a diverse portfolio. You’ll be trusted with autonomy, supported by a collaborative team, and positioned to influence both project outcomes and internal growth.

A key part of this role involves mentoring and developing junior APC candidates, ensuring they receive the guidance, structure, and technical support needed to progress confidently toward chartership.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and delivering a wide range of building surveying instructions

Managing client relationships and contributing to business development

Overseeing project delivery from feasibility through to completion

Providing expert technical advice across commercial, residential, and public‑sector assets

Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors through their APC journey

What We’re Looking For

Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with strong consultancy experience

Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills

Proven ability to lead projects independently

Passion for developing junior talent and supporting APC progression

Commercially aware, proactive, and committed to high‑quality service delivery
