CSCS Concrete Finisher

Danny Sullivan Group are currently recruiting for an experienced CSCS Concrete Finisher to work on a long-term construction project based at Devonport Naval Base.

This is a secure site, therefore all candidates must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years’ continuous employment history to meet site access requirements.

The Role as a CSCS Concrete Finisher:

* Carrying out all aspects of concrete finishing including levelling, smoothing, and finishing surfaces

* Using hand and power tools such as floats, trowels, and screeds

* Ensuring high-quality finishes in line with project specifications

* Assisting with pouring, spreading, and compacting concrete

* Applying curing methods to ensure durability and strength

* Working closely with supervisors and other trades on site

* Maintaining a clean and safe working area

* Following all site Health & Safety regulations at all times

* Identifying and reporting any issues or defects in work

Requirements as a CSCS Concrete Finisher:

* Valid CSCS Card (essential)

* Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher

* Minimum 3 years’ continuous employment history (essential for site clearance)

* Good understanding of concrete finishing techniques and standards

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail

* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

* Reliable and punctual
