Senior Building Services Manager Role:

* Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems.

* Lead and motivate internal teams and subcontractors, promoting a culture of safety and quality.

* Align building services with company goals for safety, quality, and sustainability.

* Manage project phases from estimating to final handover.

* Ensure full integration of services and manage supply chain partners

Senior Building Services Manager Requirements:

* You have successfully delivered MEP packages on major London residential or mixed-use schemes (£100M+).

* Solid experience with RC frame construction and the unique challenges of ultra-prime apartment fit outs.

* A natural leader who can navigate high-pressure boardrooms and drive performance on the tools.

* Ready for an immediate or near-term start to catch the project's critical early phases.
