Junior Project Manager (Construction)
Success Recruit are currently working with an innovative and fast-growing workspace design and delivery company based in London, specialising in creating high-end, bespoke office environments. The Company is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their dynamic and fast-paced Delivery team.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of the project delivery function, gaining hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of workplace projects. This role will combine on-site coordination, supplier management, client communication, and quality control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
The successful Junior Project Manager expectations:
* Ideally a minimum of one years’ experience within construction, project coordination, or a similar environment
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, deadlines, and priorities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and proactive approach
* A strong desire to learn and develop within project management
* A hands-on, solution-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail

Job Specification
Purpose of the role:
The Junior Project Manager will support the delivery of bespoke office spaces from concept through to completion. Working closely with Senior Project Managers, suppliers, and clients, the role will ensure projects are coordinated effectively, milestones are met, and the highest quality standards are achieved.
Duties to include but not limited to…
* Coordinating and managing multiple suppliers to ensure project timelines are achieved
* Producing clear and engaging weekly client updates to communicate project progress
* Managing and maintaining schedules, ensuring all budget changes are tracked accurately
* Supporting site inspections and managing snagging lists to ensure quality standards are met prior to handover
* Liaising with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
* Identifying opportunities for cost savings and value engineering in collaboration with Senior Project Managers
* Taking ownership of smaller projects, managing delivery from mobilisation through to completion
* Supporting the overall project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are met

Hours: Monday – Friday 09.00am – 6.00pm
Salary: £39,000 – £49,000 dependant on experience
