Registered Building Inspector

If you're a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) based in the North West looking for a role with excellent training and progression – then you might want to sign up to this RBCA.

This is a role based around the Lancashire/Yorkshire border you will cover the area along the M62 from Rochdale along to Huddersfield. You will be based at home when you are not on site but there's regular meet ups at the office so you feel included. It's usually to come together for CPD, training and to from a team dynamic perspective. Typically, its once every couple/few weeks.

The work varies from domestic, residential to small commercial works. If you are registered to 2A then you will get full support to increase your class. Equally, if you feel like you would like to focus more on one side (domestic or small commercial) you are welcome to.

This is a role which will see you focus on being a Building Inspector. It's not a role where you will be targeted on how much business you can win. The way this RBCA see it – you are a Building Inspector not a salesperson!

The role will entail:

* Site inspections throughout the construction project

* Managing your own diary

* Completing plan checks

* Attending regular CPD sessions

* Answering client queries

* Completing site reports
