Construction Manager

My client is seeking a Construction Manager to work on a new build commercial office development in Central London.

The successful Construction Manager will be responsible for managing fit-out trades over 4 floors. You will have experience managing both CAT A and CAT B fit-out packages, working on behalf of a Main Contractor or specialist Fit-Out subcontractor. You will be confident, with strong technical construction knowledge, reviewing subcontractor RAMS and attending daily activity briefings. 

To be considered for this Construction Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. 

This Constructin Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis for approximately 6-8 months, paying up to £350 per day.
