Our client is seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor to play a key role in delivering high-quality, practical HR support across the full employee lifecycle, while contributing to wider People & Culture strategy and initiatives. This is a pivotal position within the business, offering the opportunity to influence both day-to-day operations and long-term organisational development.

Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role will see you working closely with managers across the business, building strong relationships and embedding best practice in people management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Providing proactive, high-quality HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of people matters

* Managing employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinary, grievance, investigations, absence management, capability, and performance processes

* Coaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability in people leadership

* Acting as a trusted and visible People & Culture partner within a fast-paced operational environment

* Supporting and overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate and new starter experience

* Analysing people data and metrics, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making

* Supporting the delivery of People & Culture projects and initiatives to enhance engagement, capability, and overall employee experience

* Developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice

* Maintaining accurate HR data and supporting continuous improvement of HR systems (including Workday)

* Providing guidance on learning and development needs and supporting the coordination of development activities

* Building strong relationships across all departments and levels within the business

* Championing company values, culture, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

What We’re Looking For:

* Significant experience in an HR advisory or generalist role, ideally at Senior Advisor level

* Proven track record of independently managing complex employee relations cases

* Experience coaching and developing managers

* Background within a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment is advantageous

* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) or equivalent experience

* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

* Confident decision-maker with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion

* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide meaningful insights

* Experience using HR systems (ideally Workday) and strong Microsoft Office skills

* Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently
