Senior Quantity Surveyor – Bridgwater (lodge/subsistence included!!)

In this role, you will take ownership of key commercial packages within a Construction Management environment, managing the full commercial lifecycle from procurement and tendering through to contract administration, variations, and final accounts. You will play a critical role in driving value, controlling costs, and mitigating risk, while ensuring strong commercial performance across your packages.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record delivering multi-million-pound packages on major construction projects. You will have solid NEC contract experience and be comfortable working across both pre- and post-contract stages.

Previous experience within a Construction Management environment is highly desirable, along with a background working for leading main contractors on large-scale, complex schemes.

You will be commercially sharp, proactive, and confident operating in a fast-paced project environment, contributing to both detailed delivery and wider commercial strategy. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline is required
