We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a contractor delivering social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects across Lewisham and South London. This is an excellent opportunity to manage both internal and external works, ensuring high-quality delivery for local communities.
Role Overview
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Projects include planned maintenance, refurbishments, and upgrades to occupied properties.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee site operations across multiple social housing projects

Manage subcontractors, trades, and site teams
*
Ensure health and safety compliance at all times
*
Monitor project progress and delivery against deadlines
*
Maintain high standards of quality and resident satisfaction
*
Liaise with residents, clients, and internal teams
*
Manage site documentation and reporting
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing
*
Strong background in internal and external refurbishment works
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a live environment
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
*
Full UK driving licence
