One of the UK’s leading Property Consultancies is looking to recruit a Project Manager to deliver a range of Education sector projects across Southampton.

My client is one of the most respected Consultancies in the UK, with a strong network of offices nationwide and overseas. They have an outstanding reputation in the market and are currently working on a variety of high-profile Education developments. These include new schools, university buildings, refurbishments, and specialist teaching facilities for public and private sector clients. The company offers a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where Project Managers can work alongside some of the sector’s most experienced professionals.

THE POSITION

The position is for a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of multiple Education sector projects from pre-contract through to completion and final account. The successful Project Manager will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role offers excellent exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle, providing the opportunity to develop skills and progress within a highly regarded consultancy environment.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Project Manager must:

Hold a relevant degree and ideally be working towards Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent)

Have experience working as a Project Manager within a Consultancy environment

Have experience delivering Property / Building projects, ideally within the Education sector

Be confident supporting projects from pre-contract to completion

Possess strong communication and organisational skills with a client-focused approach
