We are delighted to partner with a leading global engineering and project‑delivery organisation to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager for a fully remote role offering high autonomy, strategic influence, and strong career progression.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead commercial strategy and oversee commercial performance across multiple projects

* Negotiate high‑value contracts with clients and suppliers

* Manage budgets, forecasting and commercial reporting

* Oversee NEC, JCT, FIDIC, CECA and bespoke contract frameworks

* Drive risk management, change control and dispute resolution

* Guide internal teams with commercial leadership, clarity and best practice

About You

* Strong commercial management background in engineering, construction, water or industrial sectors

* Expertise in major contract forms (NEC3/4, JCT, FIDIC, CECA)

* Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams

* Exceptional negotiation capability, with strong diplomacy and relationship‑building skills

* Proven experience in contract administration and commercial governance

* QS qualification or similar – highly desirable

* Analytical, proactive, solutions focused and resilient
