On behalf of a renowned, market leading construction consultancy, they are now seeking additional support within their bid and marketing team from their Leeds office.
The Bid Coordinator
The successful bid coordinator will have had previous experience within the construction industry, ideally within a consultancy environment.
The Bid Coordinator Responsibilities
The bid coordinator will work on various projects supporting either the Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager leads on both Public and Private sector work.
Logging projects
Coordinating bid information
Assisting with drafts
PQQ's and ITTs
Capability documents
InDesign / Abobe beneficial
Assisting with 3-4 projects a time
Liaising with the bid and marketing team, PM's QS's and any other relevant parties
Minutes, reports
Assisting with marketing events
Ad-hoc admin tasks (invoicing, travel arrangements)As the Bid Coordinator you must be:
