Project Director – London | Major Projects (£100m-£200m)

A leading construction business is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major projects across London, typically ranging from £100m to £200m.

This is a critical role for a senior leader who can take full ownership of complex schemes from pre-construction through to completion, driving performance, managing risk, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

The Role

Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects (£100m-£200m)

Lead multidisciplinary teams across all phases of the project lifecycle

Ensure delivery against programme, budget, quality, and safety targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners

Provide clear strategic direction while maintaining oversight of day-to-day delivery

Drive commercial performance and risk management across projects

About You

Proven experience delivering major construction projects in excess of £70m

Strong leadership capability with experience managing large, complex teams

Excellent commercial awareness and risk management expertise

Ability to operate both strategically and operationally

A confident communicator with strong client-facing experience

Track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on complex schemes
