Groundworks Project Manager – South Wales
Pro Staff Construction are working with a Groundworks Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Groundworks Project Manager to oversee multiple live sites across South Wales.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business delivering residential developments, including new build housing and apartment schemes.
The Role:
*
Managing 3–5 groundworks projects simultaneously
*
Overseeing site teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
*
Coordinating with Site Teams
*
Monitoring health & safety and ensuring compliance across all sites
*
Reporting progress and performance to senior management
Requirements:
*
Proven experience within groundworks or civil engineering projects
*
Strong background managing multiple sites/projects
*
Site Engineering background is highly beneficial
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
