Electrical Supervisor

A well-established regional Building Services contractor based in Exeter is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their growing team.

Operating across Devon, this business delivers a diverse portfolio of projects including student accommodation, Ministry of Defence (MoD), and commercial schemes. With a strong pipeline of secured work, this is a great opportunity to join a stable and forward-thinking company.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing electrical installations on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you’ll play a key role in coordinating labour, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical works across multiple projects
Manage and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Monitor progress against programme and report to management
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality assurance
Support project delivery from installation through to completion
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar Electrical Supervisor role
Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
Valid CSCS card (minimum requirement)
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
Strong knowledge of building services installations
Ability to manage projects across sectors including commercial and public sector
