AC Non Working Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Non‑Working Supervisor to oversee ongoing installation works on a busy commercial site in Bermondsey.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for supervising the installation of air conditioning units, along with all associated pipework and ductwork. This is a non‑working supervisory role, ideal for someone confident in managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of paperwork and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee AC unit installation and associated mechanical services

* Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with site requirements

* Manage documentation, reports, and daily site paperwork

* Coordinate with onsite teams and subcontractors

* Monitor progress and maintain quality assurance

Requirements

* SSSTS certification (essential)

* Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and mechanical installation

* Previous experience as a site supervisor on commercial projects

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to manage teams and maintain a safe working environment
