Facades Manager

The Facades Manager will oversee all external envelope works on a multi‑unit residential development featuring traditional brickwork construction. This role ensures the façade is delivered safely, to specification, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all façade activities, including brickwork, blockwork, insulation, windows, and associated external elements.

Manage subcontractors, ensuring work is sequenced efficiently and delivered in line with programme milestones.

Conduct regular quality inspections, ensuring compliance with design details, building regulations, and warranty provider requirements.

Resolve technical issues on site, working closely with design teams, structural engineers, and suppliers.

Monitor health and safety performance and enforce site standards across all façade operations.

Review drawings, method statements, and material specifications to ensure accuracy and buildability.

Report progress, risks, and interface challenges to the Project Manager and wider site team.

Skills & Experience

Strong background in traditional brickwork façades on residential or mixed‑use schemes.

Excellent understanding of façade detailing, sequencing, and quality control.

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
