QA/Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced QA/Site Engineer to work on a marine civils project. This is an opportunity to join an established civil engineering contractor delivering complex marine and coastal infrastructure works within a challenging environment.

QA Engineer Roles & Responsibilities:

* Setting out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme

* Supporting the delivery of marine civils works on a live site with a strong focus on quality assurance

* Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager

* Managing QA documentation, ITPs, inspection records, and as-built documentation

* Carrying out site inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications

* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works meet required quality standards

* Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with HSEQ requirements

* Maintaining accurate site records and assisting with handover documentation

* Assisting with surveys and resolving technical and quality-related issues

QA Engineer Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Site Engineer or QA Engineer on civil engineering projects

* Experience on marine civils, coastal, or marine infrastructure schemes preferred

* Strong understanding of QA processes, ITPs, and inspection procedures

* Good setting out and surveying skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Valid CSCS card

* Good communication and organisational skills
