This rapidly growing construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Bromley. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, and the public sector.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take a leading role across a broad range of professional and project-led services, including:

Conducting building surveys and technical due diligence
Leading contract administration and project management instructions
Managing planned preventative maintenance programmes and defect analysis
Delivering party wall and dilapidations instructions
Providing expert advice and maintaining strong client relationships
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Contributing to team performance and service deliveryYou will also have the opportunity to support business development activities and help strengthen existing client relationships.

About You
They are looking to speak with professionals who are:

MRICS qualified (or working towards with significant experience)
Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Experienced across a range of sectors such as commercial, residential, or education
Confident in leading projects and managing client relationships
Proactive, commercially aware, and client-focused
Strong communicators with a collaborative approach
