We are Hiring for a Project Manager for a residential project in Killarney.
The company we are working with is residential property developer. They focus on delivering high quality, design led apartment developments in strong urban locations.
The Project Manager will take overarching responsibility for delivery of the development, with strategic oversight of programme, commercial performance, design coordination, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for successful project delivery (time, cost, quality)
• Oversight and management of the Site Manager and site team
• Stakeholder liaison (local authorities, utilities, neighbours etc. where required)
• Leading project reporting to senior management
• Managing project through to completion and handover

Candidate Profile
• Experience in construction project management
• Proven delivery of residential developments
• Commutable to Killarney
